Small family dairy farm in Smoot, Wyoming with a French heart. Suzanne is a French cheesemaker; Dustin is the fifth generation tending Star Valley land. Squire Farms produces hard and soft cheeses, grass-fed beef and pork, eggs, and creamery goods.
