At Morning Dew Mushrooms and Micros, we cultivate gourmet mushrooms and microgreens that are shared with talented chefs, locals, and visitors throughout Idaho and Wyoming. Our mushrooms are organically grown on an in-house, all-natural substrate with oak pellets. We offer an elegant assortment of fresh mushrooms cultivated year-round in the Tetons. Our microgreens are organically grown and harvested daily to provide our area with fresh and local nutrient dense greens. As Idaho and Wyoming's largest mushroom grower, Morning Dew Mushrooms focuses on growing many varieties using the best proven indoor cultivation equipment and techniques. The team constantly adjust and improve their equipment due to the dry and chilly Idaho climate, but have found the sweet spot for mushroom and microgreens growing in the Tetons.
